Household Registration Office Moves; New Address From This Month[Staff Report] The North District household registration office has moved to a new address because the old building was too small, opening to the public on the 1st of this month. All services have transferred and the old address no longer accepts applications. The new office has a waiting area, a number machine and two more counters for household transcripts, ID card replacement and seal certificates. The office said average waits should be shorter after the move. The office reminded residents that ID card replacement requires the household register and two photos taken within the last two years. Anyone applying on someone else's behalf must also bring a letter of authorization. Signs have been posted at the old entrance. The office asked for patience if record requests take longer during the move. Reader DiscussionReplies 0
